Need a new fav fish!

Trimacs, without a doubt, have been the most owner responsive fish Ive ever had. Also, Ive never had one that was skittish or fled from the front of the tank for any reason. Its almost like you cant scare them. They end up being a single wet pet though, so if any kind of community is what you are hoping for, I dont think it will work, or at least hasnt for me once they got past about 8 inches.
Midas or Labiatus are a close 2nd for me.
Oscars are cool and are very responsive but are prone to HITH and youre wanting to get away from having to worry about medical issues.
For the most part, Festae and Argentea are hiders (& skittish) and not anywhere near the owner responsiveness that Trimacs, Midas, Red Devils or Oscars are, in my experience.

Trimac are amphilophus along with midas and red devils. All these fish are owner responsive and i highly recommend them. Also, the reason flowerhorn look like trimac is because trimac were one of the fish crossbred to create flowerhorn.
controversial subject . . . my last word is buy the fish what you see that attracts you the most.

Yes, Gt's are awsome, but lately for me it hasent been fun. Cant get any to pair up, and iv lost 2 fems to white poo and not eating. I like the Peacock bass but i will only have a 120g. I used to like flowerhorns but not so much anymore. Some nice Geo's would be nice but i know nothing about them and like i said before, want somthing owner responsive.
