Hey I just found this little guy and believe he's a baby snapping turtle but his face looks slightly different making me unsure. Does anyone know for sure what exact species he or she may be???

I would need to see a profile of the face. You can tell if it is male or female by feeling the belly of the shell close to the tail. If the fist "seam" of the shell from the tail curves inward it is a male. If it is curved outward it is female.

I was thinking along the same lines... need a better view of the side of the head to tell what type of box turtle though.

looks like a baby diamond back terrapin to me

My first thought was terrapin too. The spotting on the skin and curve of the mouth are what I am looking at. Really need a better picture to be sure but either way it should probably be let go. If you are not sure what it is or how to ID it yourself then you are not ready to care for it long term- turtles get expensive quick.
