NEED ADVICE FROM THE PROS FOR FEEDING AN AROWANA

dear friends,

im actually a noob in keeping an arowana bt juz bought a super-red recently! I would appreciate if any pro's out there could spare me some advice & tips...currently my arowana aged of 2mths & feeding my fish with mealworms! would also appreciate making new frens which has the same interest (",) thanx in advance!!

the most important food you need is pellets . the second would be frozen or dried krill

Welcome to monster fish keepers. My advice.... Water change

Train him to eat pellets! then give him some treats once a week.

Just remember these 3 things and they will bring you success!

1. Water changing - at least do it 20% weekly.
2. Tank size - you are housing monster fish so you need a monster tank.
3. Feeding - try feeding your fish with 3 different kinds of food in each meal. I fed my fish with Pellets, Silversides, and Krills.

Also, try hand feeding your fish as many times as you can while your fish is still young to give him some exercise and the fish will get used to your hand. I hand fed my Arowana all the time by let it jumps up to grab the food out of my hand, but make sure that your hand is clean, though!

so..should feed my arowana by pellets then feed with others??? bt i did tried 2 feed the fish with pallets but it wont eat...any advice on hw 2 train the fish 2 eats pallets...anyone?
