Whoaaa, a super-red as a first fish - i salute your courage and/or your wallet ^^
I advise prawns (no head no shell, leave the tail but remove the spike)and crikets and frogs (farm raised) ... fish (if you trust the source and if you are sure about their cleaniliness). Seeing that you in Malasia and all that then you can add an occasional gecko lizard hehehe
It is useful to train your fish to eat pellets, but if you have a ready access to the above, it is not a must.
