Need advice on dirty tank

Alright I'll do it. Three of you mentioned the AC 70, so I'll get one of those. Also, I'll pick up one of the gravel cleaners from the catalog. But one problem I have is the food. I feed rosies a lot, and they eat them very quickly. Should I have a separate tank just for the rosies so they don't eat them so fast? For example, I bought two dozen rosies on Monday. There were three left this morning, now there is one. Well actually, an hour ago there was one. There may be none now.

Yes. You can pick up a ten gallon for free if you ask in the right places.. And usually you get all that they bought with it... If not. Walmart ten g tank9.99.. Rosies don't need heaters so you should be cool. I have a air powered sponge filter.. Came with one of my two 10g's both free. the one i just picked up today and it came with breeding Brichardi's and their fry!! And all the accessories!! Ask the locals on this site that are located around you. And if you are on a local site in your area ask there as well. You should receive a reply quickly.. Some one always has a 10 glayin around to give away!!

Install an under gravel jet system. I've never used one, but I here great things.

i also heard they really help. but i'm not sure since i haven't used them yet. i'm setting my 60 gal with gravel and two aquaclear 50 powerheads for the UGF. i'll cut the piping to have the powerhead hear the bottom (it would have better suctioning). upgrading your filter to AC70 would also make a big difference.
