Need Advice on Mudskipper

you got very lucky, you've got a darter(etheostoma sp.) i'd love to get one, there was a couple of them in with some ghost shrimp at the LFS but the owner doesn't want to sell them.

a darter? whats the difference between a darter and a goby? it does look more like a Sand goby (Pomatoschistus minutus)...could anyone tell the difference? im confuse atm..

i live in maryland and im pretty sure i found a mudskipper. ill try to get a pic up soon but i let it go i just need to know if it is one and if its rare for maryland or not
