Need an autopsy report

Ok so now stuff gets going. I'm waiting for the results on the main tank to settle but I also saved the ammonia test tube from earlier and did an ammonia test from where I get my water for water changes. On the left, we have the water from my 10 gallon I showed you earlier. On the right is the water which I get from my bath tub to fill up my tanks. It's very similar in cooler.

You cannot store NH3 tests. Once complete (takes 2-3 minutes to develop), it must read and then tossed out. It does not keep even 1/2 hour. Please, provide a photo again of your 10 gal, 80 gal, and tap water side by side, all 3 fresh, including the reference color chart would be helpful too. Better light of the fluorescent day-light kind of a bulb would also help.

Same for nitrites too.

Ok so here is a quick update report on the fish itself. So I cut him open today and it seems like he punctured himself and the tip broke of inside him and got all infected. Here are some pics. You can see where it entered and where it broke off. Also pic of its eye and its head which I'm going to try a preserve.

Also my water quality has enhanced greatly. My ammonia has gone down a lot. I'll post test results tonight.
