amphilophus X vieja.. Looks like it recently peeled/faded. My guess would be red devil X fenestratus or something but it could be anything. Looks like a nice fish, where'd you find it?

Thank you. I appreciate your honesty and time. I know not all flowerhorns are expensive, but I just didn't know if his temperment size and condition would increase value, but now I have my answer. The only thing negative I have to say about your comment is I assure you that this fish is NOT sick by any means. It must just be the pictures. His stomach is fine also, he eats like a pig! Haha. What would you call this beast as far as a type? Rose queen etc etc?fishfreak317;2912979; said:cause not all flowerhorn are expensive. color is fairly dull, kinda looks sick due to the in cave stomach look. finage does look fine, non-existent kok showing (but it could pop out, i just dunno at 12inches). overall not a quality show fish for me. nor a great breeder. this is what i see, and this is my opinion since you asked for it.
Haha. Cool. Thanks again. I'm gonna be sure to be very careful when calling this fish a RM or RQ. I think I will just stick to calling it a fade fish.fishfreak317;2913151; said:it does look either RM-ish or RQ-ish.
