Need an id on a loach

There are several different fish within the botia family that it could be they look very similar. It also doesn't help that there patterns change throughout there life making an id difficult. But from that picture i would say its probably a yoyo.
 
Looks more like a kubotai/angelicus/marble loach to me. Yoyo loaches usually have a much lighter brown than that.
