Heh I should make another thread about it. I've seen large tanks with both an armatus and a gatf in them, and both fish were a lot larger than mine would be. A 240g should hold for a while, the growth on the armatus has slowed some what but I have my 100g ready just in case. Maybe not such a good idea afterall, I dont know

i would not try the armatus and the gatf together unless the gatf is 12" also

I would say the OP's pic does not look like the one from aquascape (true goliath). This is really independent thinking I am doing but it is just my opinion.

I passed on this because I didnt want to risk it or my armatus

When I get another huge tank set up, this will be what I'll go for. It's just hasn't worked out for me yet with these guys....they have either arrived dead or I didn't have proper space for them.
