Not too bad, a little on the high end. If it was a true Pbb at that size they would go for $300+.

Well im happy with it it seems to be hard to get anything other sens, albino sens, retros ,ornates, and dehlzies i was going to offer 50 sins i bought a couple other fish plus i lived two hours away he probably wood have taken it but I think it was a lot better deal than the other store had for their ornate.

Yeah, last time I was there, Dave said he'd price match on any fish. Since they only had it listed as "bichir" they probably didn't know the species. Hell, they had an ornate there a few weeks ago listed under just "bichir" and that's the easiest one to ID. :D

You should go check out polypterus bichir bichir "Turkana basin" in Japan. Prices range from $900-$5000+. The one from Toyin I think it's from Chad basin. Still I want a bichir bichir. P. ansorgii and P. bichir bichir are still not in my tank yet. Soon they will be...soon....

well ive had him since this past saturday and after a little nipping from my large sen he seems to be doing good and hes starting to get some color to him im probably going to change the substrate hopefully this weekend to something a little darker and get some nice long peaces of drift wood and hopefully a 16" endli:naughty:.
