dude buy em both here in aus something like that would be couple hundred each.....
 
probably depends on what collection point the fish comes from in terms of whats worth more and what looks better. just in case you dont wanna buy both cuz you dont have the means or tank space, if you know what specific fish your getting that would make your decision easier. id say orino because at that price the occel is likely a farmie and nothing special, and orinos are usually nice no matter what, some occels not so much. IMO anyway.
