I've been keeping bichirs for a year and I still cannot tell the difference. Hell, I have a hard time telling the difference between a buettikoferi vs a palmas palmas.

You have an Endli congicus don't have that redish brown color and usually there stripes aren't as dark as that also there head structure is different
