Someone that knows ID on this cichla? Bought as Cichla Orinocensis WC but I think more its pleizona ? what do you think? :)

Its 25cm btw
 
I think it's a pleiozona, when it gets larger you should start to see little spots on him.

hmm looks like it to me :) whats the difference between peruvian mono and a normal mono? is it that it comes from peru? :)
