Need fish room help asap

So I finally got my fish room how I wanted it 20 tanks ranging 10-125 gallons only issue is temperature room is insulated and has a door I bought a 1500 watt space heater got the rook to about 77 my tanks were at 75 which I was fine with I do have some breeding pairs... Not the room won't hold the heat I can't let the space heater run it will cost me a million dollars in electricity any other ways I could go about this .. The room is in my basement if it makes a difference

Are the walls and ceiling insulated?

Work on the insulation.

Is the basement unfinished? If so the concrete pad will wick the heat out of the tanks and room.

Yea just finished it and built this whole room completely insulated and everything

Assuming your below ground your fighting 50-55F. Space heater might not be the most ideal way to heat the area.
