Well I was going to recommend a place that is opening up at the end of next week if you were going to be here that long. It's called DarkWater Aquatics. I've been talking with the owner for the last couple weeks and so far, her service is phenomenal. Store isn't open yet, so can't comment on quality of fish or prices yet, but she's been listing prices on her store Facebook page and of the ones I can compare with other locations, they are very fair.

Been awhile but last time I was stationed in Jacksonville. There was a really good LFS on beach blvd. called Atlantis Aquariums. The owner was awesome. There freshwater guy was some middle aged hippy but he knew is stuff. Very friendly too.

Ocala is right around the corner... kind of... not really... But theres a good one there they just have terrible hours lol
