Is it unreasonable for a stream tank with these specifications?

Tank Volume Dimension (LWH): 3.85m by 0.35m by 0.50m
Substrate Depth: 0.15m of sand
Tank Volume: ~200 U.S. gallons
Water Volume: ~150 U.S. gallons
Water Weight: ~5500 Newtons

I figure that since the fish stocked in there are going be averaging 10 centimeters with a max length of 15 centimeters, the height should be around 50 centimeters. I also read that certain darters prefer the substrate to be about 6 inches, so that would be around 15 centimeters. From what I can calculate, that would be around 170 gallons or so, with a water volume of 130 to 140 gallons. This in effect should be producing 5500 newton force on the glass.
