Most likely new tank syndrome or poor acclimatisation i.e. big diffference in water pH and temp between your tank and the LFS water (or both!).

They may recover if you can transfer them to a mature tank - it's probably your best chance.

If you just got the fish, And you just put them in the new tank it not Swim blader infection.

It does sound like new tank syndrome, this is mainly caused by rapidly changing levels of ammonnia products and pH levels as the bacteria from in your filter gets established. Adding sludge from your running filter to your new one will speed establishment of the new colony.
