Need help (argentea/pearsei as tankmates)

Hate to say it but very doubtful it will work in the long run. Argentea are fairly aggressive and pearsei have a similar body shape

In the big picture (full grown fish), the pearsei does not stand a chance. They are much milder and the argentea will dominate. The fact your argentea has been raised as a solo wet pet and is not been acclimated to a community... you will have a challenge.
 
To keep em both to full maturity, you'd need a bigger tank...so just get tbe bigger tank now -- get a 450, add a Trimac into the mix, too. :)
