the white cloudy stuff is the prazipro it'll mix in with your water. just make sure you follow the instructions on the bottle, i've been told that prazipro is one of the lower risk medications for fish. i don't know what kind of worm you're using it on but i've used prazipro on many occasions to fix gillfluke for my discus and it works great

I have read alot about fahakas and was told as well that they need to be dewormed when you first get them???so I did the same I cleaned my filter really good rinsed everything and my fahaka is doing great he just finished eating I did a water change about 35 to 40%,
