BTW good luck staying out of the High tech zone. I said the same thing you did and now I'm looking down the barrel of a 125 gallon upgrade after buying everything I would need to run a hightech planted tank.;)

Not sure why you put 6700k under the list not to use because that is in the range of 5000k-10,000k bulbs.
