Why are you confining your choices to this one group of fish? Just curious.
Zonatum, hartweigi and guttulatus are all great looking fish and very similar to one another IMO. I've kept zonatum and hartweigi but lost interest and bailed out on them. I found them very stressful to keep. The same is true of bifas and fenes.
Synspilum, on the other hand, are very rewarding to keep and therefore commonly kept. The breidohri are new to me so I can't really comment on their disposition but having owned a single specimen for a few months now I can definitely see the appeal. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that their behavior is going to fall in line with the bifas and the guttulatum more than the synspila.
Anyways, if you are after a Vieja type fish don't forget to consider regani. A species tank full of them would be amazing!

Here's my male. I have a female for him but I so badly wish i had a few more.

Vieja Breidohri
1" $4.00
5" $45.00
Unfortunately I checked with Dan-Ye and they're already out of Breidohri. I was really hoping to pick-up a 5 incher, but it was a no go. :( I personally really like Breidohri, Bifasciatus and Melanurus.

Would it be possible to put like 5x each of 1" Breidohri and Guttulatus in the 150? I know I'd have to slowly get rid of some over time as they grow. Or could I just have like 5x 1" Breidohri w/ a 4-5" Pearsei? Everything I've read is that they're peaceful leaf eaters.

I don't think Breidorhi is in the Vieja group. I believe they are Paratheraps. But they are beautiful. With the vieja I think everything is amazing. It is really hard to pick.
