If you still insist on getting a fish just to tear apart feeders... which is a few steps backwards as far as progressing the hobby goes... then you should start breeding Guppies/Mosquitofish as feeders. Goldfish and Rosies contain thaiminase, which will eventually lead to neurological disorders in any cold-blooded animal that is kept on a staple diet of them. Get like a 20g with a big filter tub and throw 25-30 Guppies or Mosquitofish in it, and you'll have an endless supply of feeders within a few months. But dont use Goldfish/Rosies.
Wht about a 10 I'm upgradeing to a 30 this weekend and wht are signs of that disease

It's not a disease. It acumulates in their system over the course of their lives. In Snakes, they can start losing their balance, losing control of their heads, and show stargazing behavior, because it can cause swelling of the brain tissue.
