Need help identify snakehead

Hi guys, I got in some snakeheads at my work but we weren't told what species they were.
I narrowed it down to Channa Argus or Parachanna Obscura, but then again I can be totally wrong. Its only about 3 inches long.

possibly, but I think it's markings are too sparse and blotchy to be a maculata.

Wait till it's a bit bigger, and you'll have a clearer idea, but I'm going with obscura.

sh's are not illegal in vancouver, but there still hard to come by. This was the first shipment that i've ever seen come into the store.

The dark facial marking goes across the iris, all the pics of the lucius tha I find have it skipping the iris.
I would guess either obscura or even young insignis.
