Labeotropheus fuelleborni is the name, the nose just gives it away. Most likely female.

It's not a zebra, look at the nose.

Labeotropheus fuelleborni is my guess. Not sure what type, many can have OB females.

Agree it is a fuellebornii, very distinctive mouth

i disagree ash, my Labeotropheus Trewavasae are fat little suckers... i have one identical in color and shape (shes breed twice.) i would definately lean to the trewavasae side.

Are you sure you have a Trewavasae? I just saw a presentation on these two species. ALL of the Trewavasae presented were way slimmer than the one pictured. I will say that there are a lot of hybrids out there that can have traits of both.

How slim or fat a fish is, depends on the food and age.

Mostly shops will feed fish as little as possible due to water conditions and cost making them look thinner.

All the trewavasae I have grown up here untill now got the body shape of this speciman.

If you have a well fed Fuellebornii and its mature it will fit in the palm of your hand with a considerable body height.
