Need Help Identifying Fish

Went to a my local LFS and picked up another Jack that was dropped off by someone else who for whatever reason did not want them but seemed like they were not getting along well, the one I purchased seemed beaten up a bit and has a few small nicks on its top fins will post pics soon any how there was this fish in the same tank and it looks like a Jaguar Cichlid but I could be wrong any ideas?

depending on price, I would get it.

how much do they/did they want?
 
its 10.99 he is about 4-5 inches long the other Jack that I got is not being very welcomed by my current Jack if this keeps up im gonna have to take him back :(
 
before i took him back i'd play musical decorations and mess up the jacks territory and give the jag some time to get used to the water and grow a set to defend his space. took mine about about a week but now only breeding convicts stop him from doing what he wants :).

Yeah they were chilling under a tree trunk for awhile so who knows I will give it a day see how it turns out tomorrow hopefully the two jacks can get along would love to have them be tank mates
