Welcome to MFK Jessica! Besides bloodworms, you could add pellets, and small pieces of fish such as tilapia or even try shrimp. Also feel free to ask any questions about anything else you want to know. Btw did your brother give you a list of how to care for the fish?

Polypterus senegalus for the first pic

Polypterus delhezi for the second pic

The their pic is a type of spiny eel. I want to say tire track pattern seems a little off.
Second pic also has whats looks to be a young South American Lungfish.
Yes that is in fact a lungfish next to the Del.:)

I feed them shrimp as well the fish with the blood worms is actually now in his own tank because the eel has become highly aggresive towards him latley so we seperated them.

No i didn't get a care list its a ling story on what happened but long story short when he went to boot camp his friends took them and couldn't handle the maintenance and this is one of the last things my brother has to call his own so i took responsibility for them. I'm in the process of becoming a vet tech but unfortunately were not taught much about fish..So I'm teaching myself.
