bro, this is known as giant bard catlocarpio siamensis, endemic to thailand, very difficult to keep them as they are picky feeders, can grow up to 2 m!!!

It does look stunted though...check out the size of that eye compared to the body!

Belongs in the Cyprinid family. Koi are carp by the way... so are goldfish. The belong to the same Genus. GOOOD EATING!
