i need help making a fishroom out of an old milk house, how can i make it stand up to the wether of wi.

Tons of insulation, a good dehumidifier, and a decent source of heat for the building.

i was thinking some foam sheets and space heaters

That would work. It wont take much to heat it if it is well insulated. You need to have a dehumidifier for the summer though, you dont want mold growing everywhere
A large in wall AC unit would probably do the trick

can i just glue up some foam or do i need to put up studs

can you post a picture of how the building is constructed?

i dont think i can for a wihle but is an old milk house with concret walls it is like 10x10 feet and it is built into the ground(in to the side of a hill)

hmm..... I would think that you could get away with gluing the foam to the walls. It is already very well insulated if it's in the ground

r u sure it gets as low as 20 below

I'm not sure, because i've never done it just to be sure you could put some studs in, fill those gaps with fiberglass insulation, and then put foam over that. I would be more worried about the wall that is exposed the outside.
