1) i have a small partition in one of my tank, so water is not flowing well...resulting in bad water condition...
how do i over come this problem?//Are there holes in the partiton for water to flow thru? you could alsways add a filter to the other side of the partition

2) notice white worm in both my tanks....understand that the tank with bad filtration is the main cause, but the other tank water is quite good...why is there still white worm ard// those would be planeria and are common in most tanks living in the substrate. If you are seeing the the problem is a dirty tank and or overfeeding vacuum the substrate and don't feed for a day or two they will die back

3) the tank with the poor water contition, i notice there is alot of woodlice alike insect crawling at the base of the tank. what are they? are they harmful? sorry couldn't provide any pix cos they are too small, and camera cannot forcus.//inside or outside the tank?

-there's hole on the partition...maybe not enough...
-have stop feeding the fish for 2 days and notice the white worms amount have went down...
-those bugs are in the water...

Actually salt is just a short term solution. To get to the root of the problem is to basically clear off any uneaten food before it starts to rot in the water. Also planaria is a sign that your biofilter is unable to cope with the high amonia present in the water. So get more bio media or better bio media like ehiem substrat, bacteria house or bio home and allow time for the bacteria to colonise and that should solve your white worm problem for good by starving them of food(i.e ammonia).

a hole in definitely not enough, many holes are needed which is why the light diffuser (egg crate) works so well, it is more hore than plastic.

As sohfatfish says, the under lying problem with the worms or isopds is tank hygiene, you need to be sure you don't over feed your fish, and try to clean out any detritus as well as cleaning you filter.

As to argulus, if your fish are in fested they will be flashing and rubbing and show sores, hope that ypu have ispods instead as they can be control with hygiene. Argulus are hard to get rid of, salt slows thier production but does not cure it.
I have used the old treatment of moving the fish to a hospital tank and giving them 1 minute dips in a potassium permanganate solution of 5mg per liter of water given twice a week for three weeks, in the mean time you leave your infested tank empty of all fish or reptiles/amphibians and raise the temp above 27 degrees C. Or beter yet dump it and disinfect it with bleach and plenty of rinses with hot water, than start over. here are some more pictures of argulus

I found these two sites that sell meds for treatment of argulus but I have never used them, www.mystickoi.com/medication.htm and www.aquaticlifeaquariums.com.au/en-gb/dept_250html

Here is another picture of an isopod (non parasitic) that I got from Loubard
