NEED HELP OSCARS AND AFRICANS

A FRIEND OF MINE NEED TO GET RID OF A 7 INCVH OSCAR IN HIS 40 GALLON TANK I HAVE A 120 GALLON TANK WITH JUST AFRICANS WOULD THIS WORK OUT FOR THE OSCAR

There's no telling. If it was raised alone most of its life, it may go after the A. Cichlids. Another thing is that African Cichlids need different water parameters than Oscars. I'm not sure how a large African setup would effect an Oscar.

THIS THING HAS BEEN LIVING IN DIRTY WATER BARELY A FILTER ON IT AND NEVER USED WATER CONDITIONER ANYTHING

I would almost certainly guess the oscar would eat your other fish.
And quite quickly I may add.

Slowly add water to the oscar from the african tank to get him used to it and try it out just make sure all the africans have somewhere to run to if the o gets hungry
