need help sexing my jaguar cichlid!

I have mine in a 75 right now I'm trying to upgrade to a 125 150 or 180 within the next few months.

Nice little jag... As already mentioned too young to tell whether its male or female at that size.... If possible you may want to get a few more to increase your odds of getting what you're looking for....

I have him with a jack and oscar in a 75 both small juveniles but the jack has been very agressive with him they are both the same size but will this stop just because he is new?

If the jack was already established in the tank you should rearrange decor. Young jags don't always assert themselves

If you got it out of a group & it was one of the biggest ones then chances are great its a male. Otherwise its a waiting game.

It was the only baby jag at my lfs so It really is going to be a guessing game.
