ok dudes u guys are being silly bout barraz or jacks. they are very easy to "convert" tp freshwater.

Shaihulud : It was $300+? for a very small fish, I was quite shock because it looked like a saltwater fish (which it is) but kept in freshwater. very distinct and cool fish, but i don't think theres many people who can keep it as it should be kept.

Wow.. tats a pretty steep price. But i'd still like to try aquire 1 if available. When u say the 'way it shld be kept' do u mean the size of the tank?

singapore has the best aquarium fishes for sale IMO..truly a wonderful selection, lucky singapore residents

the shop that closed down had it for 280 dollars if i rememer correctly.

Its growth can exceed 2m and the adult form is fully marine in habits. I don't think its feasible of it thriving as an adult, or even the possibility of it reaching adulthood in a freshwater tank.
