Got the salt and PrizaPro? from the fish store tonight. I did 35% water change and kept thinking why the fish is twitching, then I noticed is not twitching, it's scratching itself with it's fins (parasites)? I estimated that the tank has about 110-120g of water in it after the water change. Added about 10 tablespoon of salt for about 50g; don't want to shock the fish, will add more gradually. Then added the PrizaPro. ALL the fishes started acting weird; Arowana was twitching like crazy and yawning and just stayed at the bottom of the tank for about 5-8 mins. The dats yawned and starting flexing it's gill plates for few mins. Seems like the Med is already kicking in. I hope everything works out. Not going to be able to check on the tank until Sunday night because leaving town. Pretty sure its ok to not feed the fish until Sunday night. Should I ask my brother to come and feed the fish over the weekend or just leave it? Thanks for any input.
