Need help wiring automatic light switches

Ruddybop is 100% correct in his awesome schematic diagram. Your switch is just making or breaking the Hot loop back to your light. Just remember to lick your fingers before making any connections :)

You folks are good. Give me a pile of wood, screws, fiberglass and most anything else and I am right at home. But wires and electricity, I panic. Lucky I have friends.
 
Electricity isn't that scary as long as you have a healthy respect for it, and tdkee1 110V most likely wouldn't kill you, just wake you up a bit. I've been hit by 110V numerous times and I've always ended up *tick* *twitch* *spasm* ok.
 
close your eyes and plug it in with the back of your hand that way when you get shocked your had doesn't convlse closed on the cord, prolonging your aggony. :D
