need help with female stingray!!!

my friend has a female motoro and got recently moved to another tank and got a really stressed she started curling slightly mainly near the tail she is also lost lots of skin a the front of the disk
just wondering if anyone had the same situation and what i cant do to help because i believe she is getting more sick

no pro (yet) but bump the heat up and add some salt. The pros should chime in tho and give u good advice

is she in fact death curling?? or is the current just lifting up her disc in the back end?

the whole disc all around has curled slightly

again i am no pro. Im only on my first ray also. I hate to say this to u and dont take it to serious until a pro chimes in. But from wut i have read on this site. I think once the "death curl" happens, theres no turning back. The whole nervous system has been damaged. If im correct im sorry

she has barely moved she is laying on her belly but her disc is curled up all around and it is not touching the ground , she is also breathing heavily but there is lots of oxygen in the tank
