every other month i change the water i keep the tempature at 75-80 degrees

you need to bump that WAY up to like every other WEEK or maybe EVERY WEEK depending on the stock with an Oscart i would do EVERY WEEK

At least 75% every week with that kind of bio load. Even that may not be enough.

every other month? whoa dude you really should think about once a week water changes . oscars are very messy fish that muck up water quickly your nitrates could be through the roof and thats why your new fish aren eating wow the time it took to henpeck my remarks i was beaten to the punch lol

i can do that, but about them not eating what can i do so they eat, is it true u can feed them meat?

If you just got them today they are too nervous to eat.. give them a day or two before you get worried.. and no they should not eat meat such as our meat if that is what you mean..
