Need help with oscar asap!

I recently fifou out this morning that my oscars were badly injured specially one of them (on his belly). They have been attacked by Texas and giant gourami. I have moved then in hospital tank with filter, heater, and epsom salt in it. What should i do? Melafix is not available here where i live. But i have put some medicine LFS recommended to me named "general aid". Please help me through. I love them and can't afford to loose them.

Also all water parameters are normal and this tank is temporary. Their living tank is 8 feet. Ty

Keep the water in pristine condition. Rehome Giant Gourami and the Texas Cichlid. Also change water in that small temporary aquarium every day especially if there is no filter.

+1 also keep a cover on the heater.

agreed maybe a bit of aquarium salt too.

If I was you I would do fin level water changes every day. With those two in that small of a tank they will change the water to pee soup in no time at all.
