Need help with translating a package...

I bought some gravel today, and I'm just curious what the label on the bag means. If I were to take a stab, I would say 'Dreaming Sand' but I was curious if it meant anything else....


Also, what language is it?

I tried sleeping on it before putting it in the tank, but it made my face look like a hamburger patty.
