The set up clearly cant handle those big fish, producing big mess. The cloudyness you see is from the fish waste....together with what could be an underspec'd filter , may lead to Amonia spike = dead fish
The tank cant be more than 75 - 80g. The oscars and particularly arro have a lot of growing still to do.
Upgrade or off-load some fish before its too late.

1- 12 inch silver arowana- Lose this one
2- 3 tiger oscar 9inch lose all, or keep one oscar and lose all other fish
3- 2 albino oscar 9inch
4- 3 small angel fish- fine
5- 2 Pangasius Sutchi 5 inch fine for know, will need bigger tank soon
6- 4 Climbing Perch (Anabas Testudineus) 3inch , Have now Idea, but I think their fine
Your other tank is way overstocked too. Your gonna probably get flamed for this, and not doing your research beforehand. But, lessons learned. Lets just get this fixed.

but the oscars yes i do agree...they do a great deal of mess thou in the tank..loosing them..how do i loose them ? release thm in the wild?
you should never do a full 100% water change, do a 50% every week or two, and try to cut back one atleast 2 of the oscars, or build a sump, and put the bio media that you have as gravel, put it in the filter not the bottom of aquarium

jesus. Dont put 100 feeders in a week. Way too many. Like said, get rid of a lot of your fish. You really need to spend time reading..get a good filter, learn how to do water changes, fill to the top or at least an inch from the top why would you not?, feed better quality food, etc.
