how long have you had him?

what was he eating before this?

what are your water parameters: ammonia, Nitrite, nitrate, pH????

how often do you do water changes?

you need to answer all these question before we can help you out

Please give info abt the tank specs, filtration, daily & weekly regimen, fish diet, etc.

Looks really sick. Odds aren't good. Sorry dude.

Better fix that water condition right now...

N/M didn't see the 2nd page of posts. (deleted my post)

sorry to hear he didn't make it through. :(
I lost my first O many many years ago to an ammonia spike. It's a hard lesson to learn. On a good note, I've only lost one fish since, and that was due to unexpected aggresion.

O's are messy fish and mess up water quality very quickly. I hope this experiance doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth.
Get that tank back up and running and give it another go. Knowledge is your best friend in this hobby.

If ya don't mind bro, what size tank is that and what kinda filtration are you running on it? Maybe I/we can help ya get started again.
