i found my old filter plus some replacements,but i know that where i live it's hard to find the replacements can anyone tell me of online stores that ships to Canada and uses pay pal,my filter is a whisper power filter 10i.thank you

Not sure if they take paypal or not but check out http://www.bigalsonline.ca/. I buy from their US site on a pretty regular basis.
Just go to any of the Aquarium stores... they are easy to find replacements for and even easier to just home make a filter pad for

i am in Montreal bass and i was not able to find some here,my aunt who lives close to Ottawa used to get some for me when she visited
why not to the Big Als in Montreal?

if they don't have them you probably wont find them anywhere..most big als stores have a pretty extensive selection of dry goods.
