Need help..

thanks bud yeah still starving him for 2 weeks and he did not eat anything now my prob is my snakehead is not healthy anymore accdg to his width..weight and his color now its time to fed him?

yeah, i would try to feed him now.

btw, if he isn't too shy you can take long tweezers and pinch a piece of say.. thawed shrimp then hold it in the water in front of his nose. Hopefully when you dangle it in front of him he'll take it. I find this to be the best method if they aren't too shy.

i havnt seen a snakehead who wot eat shrimp... so thats a good spot to start, i've had "shy snakeheads" who woudt eat right away, but if i leave shrimp chopped up sitting in the tank they always have it cleand up over night

He is not shy he is too aggressive know why??even my fingers he want to swallow.he bite the finger of my friend lol..hahaha and if im goin to fed him he knows it already and want to jump out the tank towards the fish net that hav lots of feeder fish on it lol..i just want to change his daily servings i want him to eat other food like shrimp,worms and even pellets but he dont wanna eat anything except live fish..

and guys additional info bout my snakehead.. he can destroy 4pcs 3" goldfish in just 15secs too greedy when it comes to his food..

give him a big feed first and starve him . its suprising how long channas can go without food

yeah im giving him now 4' feeder fish..and he likes it..im enjoying my time watching him destroying his food
