doesn't look like any of the skin is ripped. just looks like white patches. makes sense if she could be rubbing her belly against the bogwood when she is grazing on it? not sure. but she seems healthy apart from that.
 
I would just keep up with the WC and keep an eye on her.

Most of the time, clean water is the best cure :)

Keep an eye on it and go from there :)

Pretty much they are heavy and big bodied so when the graze they just slide along the wood.

Just keep an eye on the patches. If they start to get red or fuzz up then you might have to treat her. I really doubt this is going to happen.

I had the same reaction the first time I saw this.
 
do a 50% water change and add salt one tbs for 5 gal every week
