It looks like red slime algae to me. How did you move the atnk when you bought it? Did you take everything out to move it? They could just be very stressed from the move. I would keep the lights off for a few days to let them settle. It might have been a bad idea buying a complete setup if you know nothing about saltwater fishkeeping. What kind of lighting do you have? How big is the tank? What are your water parameters? Phosphate?Nitrate? How long are you keeping the lights on in the display? How is it being filtered? We need to know these things to help out better. The water might just be cloudy from getting stirred up from the move, just turn the powerheads off for a few hours.

Did you remove the sand bed in order to move the aquarium? Doing that can cause plenty of problems when the stored detritus and other junk gets released.

Tank is 14gallon bio cube we took the live rock with coral and move them to buckets covers them with water from the tank the fish stayed in the tank with the sand and we got home everything was fine we put everything back in the tank and it looked fine just cloudy because of putting the rock back and kicking up the sand ran test everything was fine last night it got cloudy woke up this morning still cloudy did a water change and put some calcium fluids to help tank looks better just need to wait for the coral to
