I feed lots of frozen foods. Bloodworms, brine shrimp, and small pellets as soon as possible. Baby baby piranha id feed hard boile egg yolk solution, crushed flake and baby brine shrimp. When they hit about 2" i switch over to pellets, shrimp, fish fillets or while fish.

Also is it ok that I have a large bubble stone in the tank? And at what rate should I have the bubbles coming out..max?not a lot ? Or med.

I wouldnt put anything else in the tank, except maybe a few more cariba. Id add 3-4 more cariba or red bellies. Expect to lose a few. If you dont, sell a couple as they grow.
And the air stone is fine. Run as many bubbles as you want. Cariba can handle pretty much as much flow as you can give them.

Speaking for my piranhas, they live bubbles and currents, also distracts aggression a tiny bit.

Depends on the individual fish man. Personally id only keep one 12" piranha in a 75. But i know guys that have kept three 10-12" cariba in a 75. I wouldnt worry about 'life' tanks. No one keeps piranha for life.
It should be whatever you tap is as long as its between 6-8, mines about 7.6.
