Thanks but what should I treat it with beside heat and salt

It looks like a fungal infection following a (nasty) bite to the side. I've had very good success treating these kinds of infections with API's "Fungus Cure". Active ingredients are Victoria Green B and acriflavine. Best to treat in a hospital tank where you can keep a close eye on him and there is no risk of harassment by tank mates. Good luck!

Thanks I thought it could had been that. But I didn't want to medicate the wrong thing. The Texas is the biggest in the tank and most aggressive so no one messes with him

Had some thing similar on a rainbow cichlid I did a salt dip and then added heat and salt to my 90g healed up perfect. The salt dip didn't look comfortable but it looked better immediatly and looked 100% better the next day.
