need help

i live in ksa riyadth. I have set up a 12 foot round pool and filled the water to a height of 4.5 inches. There are a bunch of tropical fish in it. it is windy and the temperature is 23 degree celsius. i have a 300 watt heater in it. Are my fishes going to be okay or will the water get cold. Please reply.

Volume of pool at that height is 317 gallons. So at a basically a hundred watts per hundred gallons you can raise the temp only 1.6 degrees C above ambient temp. Had to edit for celcius lol
