oh crap, we had these at mote marine when i worker there. i know its a filefish but im not sure of the type. get to be over a foot long tho.

i assure u its full marine i suck at making videos as u can see the tank was put together in like 5 mins to house some baitfish we had and wanted to keep alive for the next days fishing and it evolved i guess ended up find some freshwater cave things with plastic flower i know its not pretty but it works
 
Hey man I run a tourist cruise in clearwater florida where we pull a net behind the boat, im sure this is the same deal, but that fish is pretty common its called the Scroll Filefish because of the elongated tail and body shape kinda looks like a scroll i guess, they are pretty awesome though

i googled it they look nothing like what u said, but just like the orange spotted filefish
