Looks like P.Polleni "large spot" (formerly P.Bleekeri)

It definitely looks more like Paratilapia Bleekeri (large spot) than Paratilapia Polleni (small spot)

Bleekeri's large spots are less uniform
Polleni's small spots are more uniform

Yes that is a large spot Polleni. Here is a photo of my old small spot pair.I've only seen small spot with my own eyes but what I've herd they behave the same
